DAY CARE CENTER

Day Care centre is functional in the campus since 2007. It is available for all full time faculty, part time faculty, visiting faculty, all employees of HNG University, all bonafide students and female visitors (with children) coming to university for varied purposes. The Day Care Centre offers a care- free environment for children of the parents who are working in the campus. This facility of keeping their children during the working hours inside the university campus is available to all working employees of the campus..
The kids were taken care of by the care taker of the day care centre. The kids can be engaged here for the full day with learning and extra-curricular activities. Kids can join the day care centre after their school hours also.

• To provide the teachers, officers, non-teaching staff, research scholars and regular full-time students of the university the facility of keeping their children under good care during the working hour’s right inside the university campus.
• To help the working parents in pursuing their job and / or academic career by providing high quality care and comfort to their kids.

Day care for children is well furnished for all age of young children. Even women who come to university for inquiry about admission/ examination/ enrollment etc from far furlong areas are also welcomed to keep their children in the day care of university. In emergency during health issues/female staff of the campus are availing facility of day care centre.
The Center has the space with three rooms, kitchen and living room with air- conditioning, furniture, music system and other accessories. Some of the main features of Day Care center are:

• Colorful play area with multi-activity play station.
• Activity toys, books for all age groups, riders.
• Baby cribs/beds, bouncer/rockers, and walkers for infants.
• A small play area for children in side of the Center for Outdoor play.
• Basic medical services to the wards of the Center can be provided by University Health Centre, if such need arises at the Center during working hours.

To avail the day care centre, registration is must of each child before they can be dropped off. Parents are required to sign on attendance register when dropping off and picking up their children. University Day Care Center is established to provide the teachers, officers, non-teaching staff, research scholars and regular full-time students of the university the facility of keeping their children under good care during the day time right inside the campus, to work with peace of mind and access their children quickly in case of emergency. Apart from taking good care of the enrolled children, one of the key objectives of the Center is to involve the children in various activities. In the campus day care unit for children known as “Women Centre”. Day care center looks after babies, toddlers and young children of the university staff in a stimulating environment.

• Don't feel a sense of shame. Tell the harasser very clearly that you find this behaviour offensive.
• Only healthy child will be permitted.
• The cleanliness of the kid is responsibility of the parents not a Day Care Centre.
• The kid whose in the application is submitted will be permitted in the Day Care Centre.
• No relatives of the kid will be permitted in the Day Care Centre.
• Food has to be provided by the parents of the kids only. No food will be provided by the Day Care Centre.
• In case of emergency parents has to respond immediately for their kids.
• Regarding any conflict the decisions of the Vice Chancellor will be final.
• Timing of the Day Care Center should be strictly followed.

• For each child separate application form has to be filled.
• The fees prescribed by the university have to be submitted to the cash counter at the time of admission.
• One recent passport size photograph of the child.
• Residence proof copy and Aadhar card of the parent should be enclosed.
• Parent’s employment letter.
• Two mobile numbers which are reachable in case of emergency are to be provided in the application form.
